[RUME] Research references needed on math/math ed collaboration

Dear colleagues,

Several of us are interested in finding out what has been written -- 
especially research that may have been done on the topic - about 
collaborations between research mathematicians and research 
mathematics educators. Would you have any suggestions for where we 
might look? We have the CBMS Issues in Mathematics Education series.
