[RUME] reference

Several years ago Mike Freeman, recently retired from U. of Kentucky, 
started a similar program (modeled on Uri's) called MathExcel.  Tom 
Dick, at  Oregon State U. followed suit, and both have mentored 
several other institutions here in Oregon and in several other states 
in starting similar programs.  I don't know what if anything Mike 
might have written, but I know Tom has written some interesting 
things related to his work.  Marj
