[RUME] Calculus and Precalculus objectives

My math department has voted to adopt a common final exam for Precalculus and Calculus I. At our college these classes are taught to classes of 40 students, so we may have 5-7 different teachers for Precalculus and the same for calculus. to make the exam fair for all students (and teachers), I've suggested we develop a detailed list of objectives. Can anyone point me to such lists for Precalculus and Calculus I?
