greetings RUMErs,
I'm looking for literature on instructors' questioning strategies in
undergraduate
mathematics. I'm most interested in research or evaluation studies
of questioning strategies
in classroom practice, but how-to articles that propose typologies
specific to mathematics
would also be useful (I have plenty on general, Bloom's-style
taxonomies).
Most of what I've found has been in the context of K-12 classrooms
and I'm interested
in what may be known about undergraduate classrooms.

If you have any citations you can share, please reply off-list, and
I'll summarize to the
  list if that seems useful.

thanks much
