[RUME] Rume Journals (Hagerty, Gary)

It is always difficult to suggest a suitable journal for an article without having seen the article itself.  But based on the reading I've done in this area, let me suggest the following as reasonable choices:
 
1. Research & Teaching in Developmental Education
2. School Science and Mathematics
3. American Mathematical Monthly (the MAA does not publish a lot of research-based articles, but the description seems to make this a possible fit)
 
This list is by no means meant to be exhaustive; I'm sure others reading this post will have good suggestions too.
