[RUME] reaching calculus/pre-calculus instructors

Hi,
On a Nov 16th post I asked members of this group to consider
participating in a survey that I'm using to collect data for my
dissertation. Many of you did and I am very grateful for your
participation and valuable feedback.
I am posting a second time, in case some of you intended to
participate and haven't yet. If so, please take a few (15 or so)
minutes to complete the survey.
A special plea goes to those of you that teach pre-calculus at the
postsecondary level. My response rate is low for this group?
