Job Description:
Applications from individuals in mathematics
education are invited for a tenure-track faculty position
beginning fall 2009. Especially well-qualified
applicants may be considered for appointment at the
rank of associate professor. Applicants should have
obtained a doctoral degree, have coursework
equivalent to at least that of a master's degree in
mathematics, and be conducting research in secondary
or college-level mathematics education. We are
seeking individuals who have outstanding potential for
research in mathematics education and are committed
to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education.
Research experience beyond the doctorate is preferred.
One letter of recommendation should appraise
the applicant's teaching experience and abilities. OSU
