Stacy Brown has won the award for her paper, "Exploring  
Epistemological Obstacles to the Development of Mathematical Induction."

Jennifer Noll for her paper, "An Investigation of Graduate Teaching  
Assistants' Statistical Knowledge for Teaching."
Keith Weber, Anna Brophy and Kathy Lin for their paper, "Learning  
Advanced Mathematical Concepts by Reading Text."
