[RUME] Fwd: 2008 Best paper winners

A couple people have asked me how to find copies of the papers.  The  
conference proceedings are published electronically.  The papers can  
be found at http://mathed.asu.edu/crume2008/Proceedings/ 
Proceedings.html.  They are ordered by the last name of the first  
author of the paper.
