[RUME] Term positions in mathematics education and mathematics

If you know of someone interested in a term position for next year,
please pass the announcement below on to them.  I'd be happy to answer
their questions or discuss the position with them.  We have an
environment with a lot of activity in mathematics education at the
undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.  We also have a lot of
collaboration between mathematics education faculty and mathematics
faculty in our department.  Both factors mean that there are lots of
opportunities for anyone interested in research in undergraduate
mathematics.

The School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Northern
Colorado invites applications for full-time term and part-time positions
in Mathematics Education and Mathematics to begin in August 2009.
Master's degree or doctorate in  Mathematics Education or Mathematics or
comparable professional experience is required.  Prefer evidence of
successful college-level teaching in mathematics courses.   This
position offers opportunities to interact with an active Ph.D. program
in mathematics education, undergraduate programs in elementary and
secondary teacher education, as well as masters and undergraduate
programs in mathematics.  You will have the opportunity to work with
faculty members in mathematics education (4), mathematics (10), computer
science (1) and statistics (1).  More information on the School can be
