On behalf of the MAA, Special Interest Group for Research on Undergraduate Mathematics Education (SIGMAA on RUME), I would like to congratulate, Dr. Keith Weber of Rutgers University. Dr. Weber is the recipient of the Best Paper Award for the 2009 conference, for his paper "Mathematics Majors' Evaluation of Mathematical Arguments and Their Conceptions of Proof."
