[RUME] MAA Selden Award for Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education

Dear RUME members:

Please consider nominating colleagues for the MAA Selden Award for 
Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education. This award is given 
during MathFest during even-numbered years to honor a researcher who 
has established a significant record of published research in 
undergraduate mathematics education and who has been in the field at 
most ten years. See http://www.maa.org/Awards/selden.html for 
additional information and nomination forms. Please send your 
nominations by October 30 of 2009.

This award has been given twice thus far--in 2006 to Chris Rasmussen 
and in 2008 to Marilyn Carlson.
