[RUME] February conference

This is a reminder that the deadline for registering for the RUME conference in Raleigh, NC February 25-28 is fast approaching.  The deadline to reserve a room at the Raleigh Marriott is February 2.  After that, we cannot guarantee the rate or that there will be a room available.  Also, the discount for early registration to the conference is soon ending- we will accept early registration rates up through February 5.
