New Mexico State University
The Department of Mathematical Sciences at New Mexico State
University invites applications for a possible tenure-track
position in mathematics education, expected to be at the
assistant professor level. Applicants should have a Ph.D.
in mathematics, or a Ph.D. in mathematics education with
mathematical training through the master's degree, and
research expertise in mathematics education.
A complete application consists of an introductory letter
with a
statement of teaching philosophy, a curriculum vitae,
selected reprints/preprints, and three letters of
recommendation. In order for a candidate to be given full
consideration, materials should be received by April 19.
